Fast-paced assassin story. I really like Safiria and Tanya, and that the sci-fi aspects stayed relatively light (I expected it to be supernatural because of the "ghosts" title, which it is not). Decent queer rep, though so far my ship hasn't gotten together. Will probably read the sequel.

I have read this book in a few hours. It was sooo good ! I'll admit that at first, I did not really understand what was going on, but the more you read it, the more you know about the characters, the world and what happened. The more you read it, the more it becomes a whole, and the more you want to finish it to know where it is going. It's not going to take long to love all the characters since they all have distinct personalities. The plot is intriguing, we always want to know more, and they is more than one dimension to the book. There's the main quest, and there is also a quest for every character. Not every quest is huge and has lots and lots of development, but it's quite enough to be pleasant to read and enjoy the book.

Thanks a lot for writing this book, and I'm excited to read the volume 2 !
